Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS
Tentative Bookings: Held for 14 days, after which they automatically expire.
Booking Confirmation: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Confirmation is given upon receipt of payment.

DELIVERY & SUPPLY
Deliveries: All deliveries and collections must be communicated to Wildman Farm in advance. Clients are responsible for advance payment for any delivery fees.
Property Responsibility: Wildman Farm will take reasonable care but is not liable for any damage or loss to clients’ property at the venue before, during, or after the event. The venue has no storage facilities, and all items must be removed by 10 a.m. the day following the event.

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
Audio System: An in-house audio system with zoned speakers in the barn and on the veranda is available, including two wireless microphones.
Sound Restrictions: Music must remain at a reasonable volume and end by 10 p.m. All entertainment suppliers must vacate by 11 p.m. or incur a $100 per hour fee.

PROPERTY CARE
Building Protection: Attachments to walls are not permitted; any unauthorized modifications may result in repair charges.
Permitted Items: Only natural confetti, rose petals, lavender, or bubbles are allowed. Other items, such as confetti, glitter, sparklers, smoke bombs, and balloon releases, are prohibited. A $500 cleanup fee applies for non-approved items.

SMOKING
Smoking Area: Permitted only in the car park area due to surrounding flammable crops and grasses. Guests breaching this rule will be asked to relocate to the designated area.

FORCE MAJEURE
Unforeseen Events: Wildman Farm is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters). In such cases, payments made will be reimbursed, less Wildman Farm’s incurred costs.

CLIENT CANCELLATION
Cancellation of Event: The hirer may cancel a confirmed booking at any time up to 30 days before the event; however, the deposit will be non-refundable. For cancellations made within 30 days of the event, only the bond will be refunded.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Damage Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests within any part of the venue.
Event Conduct: Clients must ensure the event is conducted in an orderly manner and complies with all applicable laws. Wildman Farm reserves the right to intervene in cases of illegal or unruly behavior.
Clean Condition: The venue must be left undamaged and tidy. Additional cleaning fees may be deducted from the bond if necessary.
Guest Departure: All guests must vacate by 11 p.m.
Footwear Advisory: Due to gravel and grass pathways, appropriate footwear is recommended.

BALANCE
Payment Terms: A credit card must be placed on file, with the final payment due 30 days before the event. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the event by Wildman Farm.

BOND
Refundable Bond will be returned to the Client after the Event if the Venue is returned in good condition and all other terms are met.

FINAL GUEST COUNT
Guest Confirmation: Final guest numbers are required 7 days before the event.
