Exclusive Venue Hire
When you book with us, you get exclusive access to our charming 1880s limestone barn, surrounding grounds, kitchenette, and amenities. We’ll help you plan the layout and arrangements before your event and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

📅 Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
📅 Saturday & Sunday | 8 AM – 5 PM
⏳ Minimum hire: 3 hours
🔹 Evening Events
📅 Monday to Friday | 5 PM – 10 PM
📅 Saturday & Sunday | 5 PM – 10 PM

👥 Up to 50 guests on the grounds
🍽️ Up to 35 guests seated inside with tables and chairs
Catering & Drinks
As a dry-hire venue, couples are free to choose their own caterers and bar services. Bring in your dream food trucks, grazing tables, or seated dining experience – it's entirely up to you!
🎶 Music & Entertainment
🔊 Audio System: Our in-house system features zoned speakers in the barn and veranda, plus two wireless microphones for speeches and music.
🔇 Sound Restrictions: Music must remain at a reasonable volume and end by 10 PM, with all entertainment suppliers vacating by 11 PM.
🎊 Permitted Items
✅ Balloons & Bubbles are allowed.
🚫 No glitter, sparklers, smoke bombs, or balloon releases.
Need Tables, Chairs & Decor?
Venue hire includes the space only, but we offer a Decor Package with a selection of tables, chairs, cable reels, and rustic décor to enhance your event. If you need additional items, we’re happy to assist with external hire.
