We’ll assist with layout planning prior to your event and coordinate with your chosen suppliers to ensure smooth access and setup.

Daytime Events
Monday – Sunday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Minimum 3-hour hire
Evening Events
Monday – Sunday | 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Extended hours may be available by arrangement.
Capacity
Wildman Farm is best suited to intimate gatherings.
• Up to 50 guests across the grounds
• Up to 35 guests seated inside the barn with tables and chairs
For events exceeding this, additional planning and council considerations apply, we’re happy to discuss what’s possible.
Catering & Bar Services
Wildman Farm operates as a dry hire venue.
Choose your own caterers, food trucks, private chefs or grazing tables.
Bring in your preferred bar service or beverage package.
No required supplier lists. No fixed menus. Just practical guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Music & Atmosphere
• In-house audio system with zoned speakers (barn & verandah)
• Two wireless microphones available
• Standard finish time: 10:00pm
• Suppliers vacate by 11:00pm
Extended hours may be available for approved events.
Our rural setting allows for celebration while remaining respectful of the surrounding community.
Styling & Equipment
Venue hire includes exclusive access to the space.

Wildman Farm barn operates fully off-grid, powered by solar energy and rainwater, with an eco-friendly worm farm septic system.
